APO Welcomes Daniel Long, PhD

APO Counseling is excited to announce the addition of Daniel Long, PhD to our staff. Daniel will be offering counseling services to individuals and couples in the areas of depression, grief, and anxiety as well as relationship issues and cognitive performance. It is with sadness that we announce, effective March 15, 2012 Laurel Faulkenberry will no longer be offering part-time services at APO Counseling due to her acceptance of a new position with her current full-time employer. Though we will miss her, we wish Laurel much success in this new opportunity. Clients presently seeing Laurel are encouraged to give us a call to discuss your counseling options.

APO Counseling Launches New Venture – “Pinnacle Services”

APO Counseling, LLC has created a new option for people seeking counseling services. The new venture is called Pinnacle Services.

Pinnacle Services is designed to protect the privacy of publicly recognizable clients who are seeking counseling services. Pinnacle offers the same services as the APO Counseling’s general practice. However, Pinnacle also provides additional amenities in an effort to guard the client’s anonymity.

Amenities for Pinnacle Services include reserved parking in the back of the building, no overlapping appointments, separated records from main practice, as well as other amenities.

APO Counseling and Pinnacle Services are located on Stewartstown Road in Morgantown. Pinnacle Services can be contacted at 304-284-8453.

APO Counseling Teams Up With HealthFair 2005

APO is proud to once again participate in Mon Health System's HealthFair at the Morgantown Mall, Friday, February 25 and Saturday, February 26. Visit our booth (#16 located at center court) for free stress, anxiety and depression screenings. Information on these and others will be available as well as information on the services offered and how to receive them.

Stress Management and Self Help for Super Moms Workshops

Tony Onorato will be conducting a two hour workshop on stress management on Thursday, May 13 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. The workshop is open to both women and men and will offer information on dealing with stress more effectively on a daily basis.

Alison Leon will offer Self Help for Super Moms on June 10 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. The workshop is a must for moms who try to do it all.

Both workshops will be held at the Partners in Women's HealthCare office, located at 1000 JD Anderson Drive, Suite 402 (across from the Emergency Room at Mon General Hospital. The fee for each class is $5.00. Limited space is available.

APO Counseling to Participate in the Mon Health System's HealthFair 2004

HealthFair 2004 will be at the Morgantown Mall Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28.

Look for us at the Partners in Women's Health Care booth(18 at the Food Court). We will be providing free depression, anxiety and stress screenings as well as offer information about these and other mental health issues. Therapists will be on hand throughout the two-day event to help answer some of the questions you may have related to the counseling process and common concerns surrounding mental and behavioral health.

Self Help for Insomniacs

Tony Onorato will present Self Help for Insomniacs: Strategies to Help You Sleep on Thursday, September 25, 2003 at 6:00 pm. This workshop is part of a continuing series focusing on women's health issues offered by Partners in Women's Healthcare, 1000 JD Anderson Drive, Suite 402, Morgantown. Teambuilding Workshop

Tony Onorato presented a teambuilding workshop to the West Virginia Legal Aid Society on Thursday and Friday, September 18/19 at Stonewall Jackson Resort in West Virginia. The program was designed to improve communication within the business structure and promote the organization's ability to function more cohesively and as a stronger team.
